If you order before 10am then you will receive your order next working day by courier between 8am and 6pm. A signature is required on delivery. If you think you may not be in to receive delivery, please specify any special instructions to the courier in the comments/message section of your order i.e. leave with a neighbour. You can also add a message here for your recipient and we will write it on a special gift tag and include it with your order. If no one is available to accept delivery, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery we cannot accept liability. The courier will leave a "calling card" at the recipient address or email and it then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier company to re-arrange a suitable re-delivery time and date.
If you know your recipient is not at home during working hours, we do recommend that we deliver to a business address but please select an AM delivery option to ensure the parcel is delivered in office hours. Orders placed after 10am are dispatched the next day . Orders placed before 10am on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday between 8am and 6pm. To ensure a Saturday delivery, you must place your order before 10am on Friday.
A next day service cannot be guaranteed during busy seasonal periods such as Eid, Diwali and Christmas , customers are recommended to place there orders as early as possible , to avoid disappointment.
We only use freshly made sweets that have been carefully prepared and packaged at our factory for online orders. The contents of each order is then placed in bubble-wrapped double-layered cartons to ensure your sweets reach you in optimum condition.
We offer a next working day door to door courier service in the UK. Charges for orders weighing up to 15kg, (or canto fit into 1 parcel) in England, Wales and most parts of Scotland is only £5.50, Northern Ireland is £14.99 and the Republic of Ireland is £12.50. Please note that deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is a 2 day service.
We want you to be totally satisfied with the order you receive from Ambala Foods. If your goods are damaged in any way or you have received an incorrect order, please contact us by phone(0)1707 397 050 or e-mail (email@example.com) where we will be happy to credit the appropriate amount. We can also arrange for the goods to be picked up by our couriers at no extra cost to you. If your goods do not arrive at the specified time, you are entitled to refuse delivery for which you will be refunded.
