Plain Barfi Product Details

Barfi is one of Asia's greatest sweets. The sweetness of sugar blends with wicked ease into a creamy texture that comes from 'khoya': a traditional Asian dairy delicacy made from thickened whole milk. The light and delicate flavour of cardamom seeds is made even more aromatic by a hint of oris water, a traditional flavouring made from the root of the oris flower.
